I've had to watch this video for two classes in my grad school life, so far. Everyone else should suffer through it.

What was she on? Was she supposed to represent half-baked students who come in and annoy librarians to the point where they flip a bitch? It worked. But, seriously, what was the appropriate response? I vote for repeating every word the student says. Like the Midnight episode of Doctor Who.
It was presented to be a worst case scenario on both sides. It taught me that I probably do not want to be a reference librarian. I want to be one of those librarians that work in a dimly lit/windowless room away from the public, doing something tedious but useful.
